Konto löschen

1. Direkt in der App
Der schnellste Weg: öffne FlowStart und gehe auf Profil > Konto löschen. Die Löschung wird sofort ausgeführt.
2. Ohne installierte App
Du kannst die Löschung auch per E-Mail beantragen. Schicke uns dazu eine Nachricht an datenschutz@flowstart.app mit dem Betreff „Kontolöschung FlowStart".
Wichtig: Schicke die E-Mail von der Adresse, mit der du dein FlowStart-Konto registriert hast. Nur so können wir das Konto sicher zuordnen. Wir bearbeiten deinen Antrag innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen die Löschung per E-Mail.
3. Was gelöscht wird
- Dein Konto und deine Anmeldedaten
- Name und E-Mail-Adresse
- Dein gesamter Fortschritt und deine erledigten Aufgaben
- Streak-Daten und genutzte Streak-Freezes
- Dein Garten mit Pflanzen, Tautropfen, Deko und Belohnungen
- Deine ausgewählten Kategorien und Einstellungen
4. Was bestehen bleibt
- Aufgabenbewertungen (Daumen hoch/runter) bleiben in anonymisierter Form erhalten. Sie enthalten nach der Löschung keinen Bezug mehr zu dir und helfen uns, die Qualität der Aufgaben zu verbessern.
- Gesendetes Feedback wird von deiner Nutzer-ID getrennt und anonymisiert weiterverwendet.
- Abrechnungsdaten zu Käufen liegen bei Apple beziehungsweise Google und unterliegen deren gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungsfristen. Darauf haben wir keinen Zugriff.
5. Dein Abo
Ein laufendes Pro-Abo wird durch die Kontolöschung nicht automatisch beendet. Kündige es separat in den Abo-Einstellungen deines Stores:

1. Directly in the app
The fastest way: open FlowStart and go to Profile > Delete account. Deletion happens immediately.
2. Without the app installed
You can also request deletion by email. Send a message to datenschutz@flowstart.app with the subject "Delete FlowStart account".
Important: send the email from the address you registered your FlowStart account with. That is how we verify the account belongs to you. We process requests within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.
3. What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Name and email address
- All your progress and completed tasks
- Streak data and used streak freezes
- Your garden with plants, dew drops, decorations and rewards
- Your selected categories and settings
4. What remains
- Task ratings (thumbs up/down) are kept in anonymised form. After deletion they carry no reference to you and help us improve task quality.
- Feedback you sent is detached from your user ID and kept anonymised.
- Billing records for purchases are held by Apple or Google and are subject to their statutory retention periods. We have no access to them.
5. Your subscription
An active Pro subscription is not cancelled automatically by deleting your account. Cancel it separately in your store's subscription settings:
